Physical Property Of Radiator
|
|
1.there
are two types of radiator in general, the one is free-air cooling
radiator, and the other, forced-air cooling --radiator.
When forced-air cooling radiator is used, its cooling efficacy will
be 2-3 times of that of a free-air ------cooling
radiator.
|
|
| 2.Aluminum
alloy 6063-T5 is used as material for radiator production. |
|
| 3.Anode
surface disposal:The isnulated erosion-proof membrane has a black-body
heat radiator effect. |
|
--Transparent membrane
: It is coated with a transparent erosion-proof membrane. |
| --Golden
color membrane : It is coated with chromic acid membrane. |
| --Plain
membrane : It is not disposed, to be used when electric conditions
is required. |
|
| 4.When
install a radiator , there is a great difference in environment conditions
with regard to the installed --------components,
son many uncertain factors are involved. |
|
| 5.Regarding
heat releasing amount of a radiator, the surface area of heat dissipating
fins is in proportion to the ----total
area. |
|
| 6.Regarding
heat releasing amount of a radiator, the surface temperature of heat
dissipating fins is in proportion ---to
difference of ambient temperature. |
|
| 7.When
the surface color of a radiator is in black, its heat releasing efficiency
would be higher. |
|
| 8.If
the heat dissipating fins are mounted in a vertical direction, a much
better efficacy can be obtained. |
